iRacing SetupDiffer
iRacingSetupDiffer is a iRacing setup comparison tool. Setups can be loaded directly from iRacing, or from a saved telemetry (IBT) file.
Installation
Download the software and run the Installation
iRacingSetupDiffer_Setup_0.5.1-beta.exeInstructions
Setups can be loaded from two different sources: from iRacing itself and from saved telemetry files.
Once installed, you will see two buttons for loading iRacing telemetry IBT files. Click the button and select the IBT file to load. It will default to your telemetry folder. Most users have telemetry enabled, so this is a great source of historic setups.
When a file has been loaded, if it contains the car setup used (most do), the setup information will be displayed in the list. When a second (different) file is loaded, the setups will be compared and the differences shown on the right-hand side.
If iRacing is running, the iRacing buttons will also be enabled. Load the current iRacing setup by clicking the button. When the setup is loaded, it will be displayed in the window.
You can load the setups in any order, and on either side.
If you would like to only see the differences between the setups parameters, you can toggle the "Filter Diffs" switch.
iRacing Snapshots
If you click the iRacing button, the current iRacing setup will be loaded (on either the left or right-hand side). Once you make changes to the setups, click the other iRacing button to load a new snapshot and compare them.
